What we offer
We work with children and young people facing various challenges, including communication difficulties, challenging behaviors, physical disabilities, and complex health needs. Unfortunately, these difficulties often lead to social exclusion and a lack of access to mainstream activities and facilities, affecting self-esteem and confidence.
Our support helps provide additional care and healthcare to enable participation in everyday activities. We also aim to offer short breaks and increased access to social activities, which can be difficult for disadvantaged families. This provides opportunities for socializing, making friends, and giving parents and carers a much-needed break from their responsibilities.
